  Here you can- Grab "Fonda" style lunch & dinner platters to go or sit in the diner room and order Criolla/ Dominican food or drinks, listen to live music, with family, friends or solo.  
  
  My ratings are based on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, where 1 is tragic and 5 is Ouwwww terrific!
  
  Overall rating- 4.5 stars
  Food taste- 5 star Ouwwww I had the Salmon, camarones w. Tostones and ensalda de pulpo. It came with rice and beans.
  Food portions- 5 generous
  Drinks- 4 stars
  Customer service- 4 stars good but distracted.  
  Bang for your buck- 4.5 stars
  Decor- 4 stars, nice clean with some modern Latino touches.
  Ambiance- 4.5 inclusive, expect neighbouring tables to interact with yours, relax family friendly fun on Sundays.

  I will start my review by saying I'm Dominican.
  But I have never experienced service like this before.
  We waited an hour for the food, seems as if they take care of their regulars like VIP and forget about the new customers. My fiancé had to get up to get us our menu, The waitress brung us glasses but forgot to bring us water, we saw how busy it was so we figured we'd help out by just ordering something simple from the buffet.
  
  After 45 minutes of waiting she came to us and said there was no more yellow rice. The whole experience was horrible, I love my Dominican peeps, but this type of service is unacceptable.
  Side Note: If you order out, the food won't be ready in 25 minutes, like they say... be mentally prepared to wait another 30minutes after arriving.
  If you want authentic Spanish food, I suggest going to La Cosinita. Its Puerto Rican food, but They treat every customer like their only customer.

  A lot of flies
  They took an hour to bring us our food
  The tables were not clean mine had hair and food stocked I went twice everybody deserve a second chance and both experiences were the same my second one was the worst so is a Big NO NO again

  The food is ok but sub par service be prepared to wait as they pick and choose who to attend, if your picking up a order be prepared to wait for them to do everything but attend you since they don't make tips off take out
  Today I waited 40 minutes after making a order over the phone 20 minutes prior for the young girl to tell me my foods not ready while attending everyone else finally they charged me for my food it was ice cold

  The food is AMAZING !!! The customer service definitely LACKS ! The owner is amazing but the place is worth the wait .
